Course Description: Medicaid planning is no longer just about filling out forms. It’s about strategy, timing, and knowing how to protect families from financial devastation while securing quality long-term care.
This practical, real-world program walks attendees through the full lifecycle of Medicaid planning, from early preparation, to crisis eligibility, to post-approval asset protection. Attendees will learn how recent Medicare and Medicaid changes affect planning, how trusts, powers of attorney, and transfer rules shape eligibility, and how to navigate both single and married applicant cases with confidence.
