Ben Johnson

Before joining Dillman & Owen Estate and Elder Law, Ben gained valuable legal experience working with charitable organizations as an intern with a non-profit law firm. He also gained valuable litigation experience helping injured clients as a law clerk at a personal injury law firm.

Ben graduated with honors in 2021 from Ball State University with a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies and a minor in History. He then received his Juris Doctor from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law where he competed in the Staton Moot Court Competition and graduated with honors in 2025.

Outside of legal work, Ben enjoys watching and playing sports, cooking, and spending time with his wife and dog.
