Osie Chamness

Osie Chamness is the Intake Specialist at Dillman & Owen Estate and Elder Law. Guided by her strong faith and passion for helping others, Osie has built a meaningful career in the legal field. She brings several years of experience as a paralegal, holding an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social and Criminal Justice.

Osie’s legal background includes work with both the Public Defender’s Agency and the District Attorney’s Office, where she gained extensive experience in criminal law. In recent years, she has expanded her knowledge into civil law, working in personal injury and insurance defense. Now, she’s excited to be part of the Dillman & Owen team continuing to grow, learn, and make a difference for clients and their families.

Outside the office, Osie enjoys painting, baking, and knitting. She loves spending time outdoors whether camping, hiking, or fishing, and volunteers each year as a camp counselor, combining her love of the outdoors with her faith.
